Building Raised Beds - with Hector & Russ

Hector & Russ built an L-shape raised bed using 4x4s and 8 feet long 2x6's. Checkout their handout to learn how to do it.

At home, you can build a simple 4'x8' raised bed using 6x 8 feet long 2x6's.

Use 2 stacked 8-feet long 2x6s each for the lengths.

Have your local HomeDepot cut 2 more 2x6s in half for the widths. Have them cut 4x 11" tall 4x4s.
